Snowflakes

The video is hosted on YouTube: it only loads when you press Play.

What better Christmas decoration than pretty paper snowflakes hanging on the tree or strung into a garland? You often find tutorials online for cutting them out, so I suggest making them in origami instead! As snowflakes have hexagonal symmetry, this origami is folded from a hexagon. But don't worry, I show you how to make one from a square. If you prefer, you can also download a hexagon template from the internet, print it and cut it out. Then follow the tutorial and stop at whichever step you like to make different variations… After all, every snowflake is unique!
