Shooting star
The video is hosted on YouTube: it only loads when you press Play.
This shooting star is an origami designed by Kunihiko Kasahara. It is folded from a 10.5 x 29.7 cm rectangle, that is, an A4 sheet cut in half lengthwise. You can perfectly well use a sheet of another size: a longer rectangle will give a longer shooting star, and vice versa. Be careful, the paper must not be too thick, and for the best result use two-colour metallic gift wrap, which will help your star keep its shape, as well as making it sparkle brilliantly!
