Orchid

Here is a floral origami I really like: an elegant orchid created by Julian Gonzalez. Its curvy shape is stylised but perfectly recognisable. Folding it should not give you any trouble, except perhaps the final shaping of the petals, which may seem a little obscure. But don't be discouraged: once you have mastered the fold on a practice sheet, you will easily be able to do it again on a clean sheet. Remember that the success of a model depends a lot on the care you take over the folds.
