Magic flower

The video is hosted on YouTube: it only loads when you press Play.

This magic flower designed by Ilan Garibi is a modular origami folded from 8 squares (7.5 cm in the opening photo). The units are joined in a circle, like Yami Yamauchi's fireworks, although this model cannot turn all the way round on itself. Once it is assembled, you can turn the model to make the flower bloom, and it looks different on each side. If you use squares of two-colour paper, the two flowers will be different colours.
