Jet 1Y2

Here is a plane by Alfredo Giunta that, in just a few folds, realistically reproduces the lines of a supersonic jet. This origami isn't meant to be thrown to glide through the air (although I haven't tried!), but it makes a decorative piece, on a desk for example. It looks perfect folded in foil paper, as in the photo, with a square of at least 15 cm. This kind of paper is harder to work with (for reverse folds, for example), but it holds its creases perfectly and won't open up again once finished.
