Carrier pigeon

This traditional Japanese origami is a folded letter with a bird reminiscent of the crane. It is folded from a 1 × 2 rectangle (14.85 × 29.7 cm, for example, if you start from an A4 sheet…). You can also fold it from a standard A4 sheet or another format, but the space left for writing the letter will then be smaller.
