Hearts

Origami hearts to fold and to give, from the simplest to the winged heart: cards, bookmarks, coasters. They suit Valentine's Day, but also Mother's Day, a birthday or just a loving note.

The easiest are also the quickest. Michel Grand's super-simple heart card is folded from a square of 15 to 20 cm, in a different colour on each side. Fumiaki Shingu's winged heart is folded from a square of duo paper in any size you like. David Petty's heart bookmark takes a little longer, with a square of about 10 cm. Francis Ow, author of the book Origami Hearts, is behind the heart coaster: two 15 cm squares and a bit of care.
